Your Role

• Create detailed drawings, designs, plans, and 3D models using design software.

• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution from concept to completion.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within cost estimates.
• Stay updated on the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies to provide innovative solutions to clients.

What Do We Want

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
• Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
• Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities and convert leads into successful projects.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, materials, and technologies to offer innovative and cutting-edge design solutions.
• Manage project timelines and coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely and within-budget project execution.

Responsibilities:

• To provide professional advice on Space Planning, Design Conceptualization, Materials and Colour Scheme Specifications
• To manage areas such as project costing

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design/Interior Architecture
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in residential interior design, preferably in design & build environment

• Operation hours 9AM-6PM
• Work 5 days a week, 2 days off per week

• Responsible for product photography, photo editing, advertising design and publication on various media platforms, planning promotional activities, designing and editing videos.
• Proficiency in the following software is required: PHOTOSHOP, LIGHTROOM, PREMIERE PRO, CANVA, ILLUSTRATOR, CAPCUT
