This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Art Director (Creative) at Vicinity in Singapore. The Art Director will be responsible for creative direction, branding, art direction, graphics, and pitches to deliver visually compelling and impactful projects.

• Branding expertise.

• Experience in video production or related fields is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Generating sales for renovation projects with provided verified leads
• Assisting in space planning and providing design recommendations
• Creating customized quotations tailored to client needs
• Overseeing renovation projects, including conducting site visits and managing coordination
• Scheduling project timelines to align with the client’s move-in dates
• Collaborating with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
• Conducting on-site visits during the renovation process
• Responding swiftly and professionally to client communications via email and phone calls
