ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Product Designer you will help realise the company's vision and mission by crafting highly usable and engaging experiences for our customers. You will work closely with multidisciplinary team - developers, product managers, designers, data scientists, sales and BD and our founders.

• Own product experiences end-to-end, contributing to product strategy and vision
• Help craft and own the design process from exploration, ideation, validation, user flows to high fidelity UI
• Generate information architecture, wireframes, high-fidelity mock-ups, and interactive prototypes
• Participate and lead usability testing (and other research methods)
• Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, data and sales to influence product development, culture, processes and practices
• Work cross-functionally to build and ship your designs

ABOUT YOU

• You are a junior to mid level designer with 1+ years of experience and a strong portfolio across software products (bonus for B2B or sustainability domain products)
• You excel in complex problem spaces, and bring clarity to your teams through your mastery of the design process
• You have experience working with Product and Engineering in various aspects of product creation and development
• You have strong working knowledge of UX and UI best practices in product design
• You treat design as a craft, have a passion for visual design and details
• You are an excellent communicator and storyteller who can distil complex topics in a clear and concise way across the different levels of the organisation
• Strong working knowledge of Figma (as core product design tool), Miro, any other prototyping tool is a bonus. Adobe Suite is a plus
• Bonus: Experience in designing design systems or working with one

• Must have good sense of visual design.
