We produce kitchen cabinets with features that other IDs and contractor simply cannot do. We have our own workers (carpenters, tilers, plumbers, painters, partition, demolition, electrical, etc.), factories and product warehouses to support timely completion of our renovation projects. If you have a few years of experience in interior design/renovations, and would like to easily double or triple your income, we would like to meet you. Responsibilities:

- Handle sales inquiries with quality leads provided

- Discuss and propose design adhering to clients’ requirements and needs - Provide quotation and space planning

- Design conceptualization, advisory on materials, colors, texture, etc to clients

- Site & project management from inception to handover

- Plan project schedule efficiently to meet clients’ deadlines

- Build rapport and work closely with sub-contractors and own workers to ensure quality and smooth deliveries

- Project management/site coordination arrangement and schedule the respective contractors & suppliers.

Requirements:

- Competent knowledge and passion for excellence in design

- Site and project management experience

- Working knowledge of Microsoft EXCEL spreadsheet software

- Knowledge of Photoshop, Sketchup, AutoCAD would be advantageous

- Preference for candidates who are bilingual

- Creative thinking, innovative, confident & positive working attitude

- Great sense of ownership and responsibility

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product and business team to create solutions considering user needs and technical challenges
• Work with designers to maintain consistent creative visual standards and governance across different landing pages
• Translating the product vision through research, sketching, prototyping, user-testing, and iteration related to digital product design.
• Plan and conduct research to gather insights or validate hypotheses and design solutions
• Designing user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity product prototypes according to the UX concept for Digital products
• Interpret both quantitative and qualitative data as parameters to be documented in the design decisions
• Designing interface element (UI) graphics according to design guidelines to increase product usage with appropriate design methods
• Prepares all design assets for submission to the developer.
• Design low-fi, high-fi wireframes, suggesting copywriting (if applicable)
• Articulate design concepts, and required interaction with stakeholders
• Ensure the consistency, and usability, for applicable devices, and systems., i.e., iOS and android

Requirements:

• Singaporean only
• Min 3 years years in designing web/mobile products, working in IT software application domain (financial services or FinTech industry is a plus)
• Possess Web2/Web3 design experience
• Solid understanding of current UI design practices to create an efficient & seamless user experience, and a passion for user interface design and understanding of UX processes.
• Working experience on prototyping, Visual design applications (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch etc), Wireframing and User Flows
