Job Description:

Working hours:

· Mondays to Thursdays: 7.30am to 4.30pm, inclusive of 30mins lunch break

· Fridays :7.30am to 4.00pm, inclusive of 30mins lunch break

· Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays and certain periods during school holiday.

Scope of Services:

· Maintaining and updating of data records, filing of documents, inventories etc.

· Preparation of resources for the teaching of Art, English, and other Departments (where applicable) and the General Office.

· Assist in any administrative and operations dutiesas assigned by the Admin Manager and School Leaders.

Qualification, skill & experience:

· At least 3 GCE ‘O’ level passes including English.

· Good communication and inter-personal skills

· Good team player

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Application

· At least have 2 years of experience working in a school environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, supervise and implement the programme for the class in accordance with centre’s policies and framework
• Complete progress reports on children for each semester and prepare a developmental portfolio for each child
• Set up and create a stimulating and engaging pleasant learning environment that promotes self-directed learning
• Responsible for all aspects of classroom management and carry out routine care duties to ensure safety and hygiene of the children
• Work closely with the other teaching staff in the class in carrying out the duties
• Build and maintain close partnership with parents

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education
• Certified by ECDA at L2 category
