We need experienced art educators who:

1. knows and can adapt to inquiry-based pedagody approaches;
2. loves to generate curriculum ideas and build effective curriculums;
3. is experienced with teaching a range of ages from 2 years old to adults;
4. believes that parent's knowledge and involvement about their child's activities, objectives and performance in class matters;
5. believes that children are led to develop and learn through engagement and interest.
6. believes that a fun, engaging and enthusiastic class promotes learning;
7. believes in playing multiple roles to communicate, learn, discover and collaborate with students.
8. believes that the arts can communicate children's interests, expressions, imaginations and ideas effectively and children can be taught to present them with language through the arts.

Requisites:

• good communication and presentation skills;
• excellent classroom, time and student management skills;
• strong initiative and attitude towards nurturing, teaching and learning;
• strong artistic knowledge and fine art techniques;

Qualifications

• at least a professional qualification in art, art education, visual arts, fine arts;
• certified with early childhood qualifications will be a plus point;
• skill and experience in pottery and ceramics will also be an advantage;
• skill and experience in digital platforms will also be an advantage;
