Job Description

• Plans, setup and evaluates the learning environment (physical, daily schedule, as well as social emotional environment) so as to meet the children’s developmental need both as a group and individually.
• Plans, prepares and implements holistic activities while being a good role model of positive values and character traits placing emphasis on the teaching, caring, honesty, respect and responsibility.
• Regularly observes, assesses and compiles the development and progress of individual children into reports for parents.
• Takes initiative to develop and sustain good teacher-parent relationship by maintaining close parent contacts on a regular basis. Works with individual children’s families to understand their expectations and involve them in setting goals for the children.
• Ensures open and positive communication with parents through letters, newsletters, etc.
• Attends, shares information and participates in staff meetings in order to discuss the implementation of the overall programme, pool ideas and resources, reinforce competence and boost one another’s confidence.

1. Masters in Music Education - Violin Major

2. Minimum 10 years working experience.

3. Teaching to students of all ages. from Age 3.5 years old to adult. Needs to be engaging.

English Teacher ( Pre-School )

Planning, Teaching and Class Management • To prepare and deliver the curriculum with care and enthusiasm, in ways that facilitate active learning, excite curiosity and enrich the learners' knowledge and understanding. • To meet the learning objectives of the programme and differentiate learning activities to meet the varying needs of the students in each class. • To use relevant teaching resources to support instruction. • To liaise closely with the Team Lead on any matters concerning student development, performance or behaviour that are of concern. • To create a stimulating, tidy and interactive classroom. • To establish routines and enforce ageappropriate classroom management procedures. • To ensure that the students are supervised and safe at all times. Monitoring, Assessment, Reporting and Recording • To encourage and monitor the development and progress of each individual student through ageappropriate assessment and careful observation. • To guide and mark class work in a timely and precise manner. • To provide students, parents and other stakeholders with appropriate and constructive feedback on progress made. • To maintain accurate and complete records of students' attendance, progress, development, and any other records required by the Company.
