We expect the drivers of educational pathways to be interrelated, and (d) through retrospective investigation, the factors at early childhood and primary school that contribute to educational pathways. Administrative Duties:

• Manage the director's calendar, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
• Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support, including preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Develop and maintain efficient office systems, including document management and filing.
• Arrange travel and accommodations for the director and other team members as needed.
• Organize and securely store correspondence, documents, and computer-based information.
• Proactively handle and follow up on assigned tasks to ensure timely and accurate completion.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Adapt to a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Business Development Duties:

• Conduct market research and analyse data to identify market trends, conditions, and opportunities for business growth.
• Work closely with management to develop and implement business development strategies.
• Engage in marketing and business development activities, including maintaining relationships with existing clients and securing new business opportunities.
• Assist with project management, ensuring successful execution and alignment with business goals.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree or Certificate in Private Secretarial Studies or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative or personal assistant role.
• Highly efficient, self-motivated, and able to take initiative.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Resourceful and result-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Skilled in relationship building, able to liaise effectively with all levels of management and staff.

Construction Engineer Responsibilities:

• Managing the planning and design stages of construction projects.
• Contributing technical expertise to project drawings and designs.
• Performing cost calculations and preparing financial projections.
• Preparing work schedules in collaboration with the project manager.
• Liaising between contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Overseeing construction engineering processes.
• Performing regular tests on materials and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Ensuring that the construction project is completed on time and within budget.
• Documenting processes and keeping detailed construction logs.
• Presenting construction project progress updates to clients and senior managers.

Construction Engineer Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, civil engineering technology, or similar.
• State-approved license.
• At least 2 years experience as a construction engineer in the relevant field of specialization.
• Advance proficiency in construction management software, such as BuildSmart and Smartsheet.
• In-depth knowledge of construction industry regulations.
• Exceptional leadership, project management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Great mathematical, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.
• Availability to visit the construction site outside of business hours, when relevant.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Support the work of production planner in general.
2. Support production planner on monthly production plan
3. Support the preparation for monthly production planning meeting.
4. Monitor raw materials/packaging inventory to ensure smooth production.
5. Coordinate with various departments on raw material purchase and delivery.
6. Ensure accurate data in monthly inventory and stock count report.
7. Support plan for re-work schedule to manage off-grade product inventory.
8. Coordinate by-product collection and sales according to established workflow
9. Follow safety regulation in the plant & take active initiatives in safety and environmental management.
10. Other adhoc tasks assigned by production planner.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Diploma or Nitec in chemical engineering or equivalent
2. Other field of study and Candidates without relevant experience will be considered
3. Understand the general workflow of production planning cycle from sales forecast, production planning, raw material planning, material receiving, production, finish goods storage
4. Proficient in using computing software - MS Word and Excel
5. Meticulous and good interpersonal skill is essential.
6. Prior experience using SAP will be advantageous.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support in the areas of documentation, data entry, filing, reports for operations
• Liaise with customers for invoicing, payment, and delivery schedule
• Arrange delivery and collection schedules for drivers
• Other administrative works as assigned

Working hours:

• 5.5 days per week
• Monday - Friday; 9am - 6pm
• Saturday 9am - 3pm
• 1-hour lunch break per working day
