Job requirements

· Recognized Degree in Civil and/or Structural Engineering) or equivalent

· Minimum 3-4 years of practical working experience

Salary: Up to $3800 + Commission/incentive

Working hours: 5 days work week, 8 hours per shift

Responsibilities:

• Hire, Train, and Motivate the Team: Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Set and Achieve Sales Targets: Establish and meet sales objectives while fostering a positive and motivating work environment
• Develop Strong Customer Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships through clienteling and personalized interactions.
• Manage Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, scheduling, customer service needs, and inventory control.

• Responsibility for P&L: Manage the store’s profit and loss, ensuring operating costs remain within budget.

Requirements:

Requirements:
