• Assist with GRC-related training and reporting within the business.
• Supervise and coach stakeholders on enterprise risk management and controls.
• Act as a business partner to balance operational performance with compliance requirements.

• Coordinate with internal and external assurance providers to evaluate internal controls' effectiveness.
• Ensure remediation of identified weaknesses by business control owners.

Skill Set Needed

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or Accounting.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years in risk and control management roles.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including international stakeholders.
• Experience with continuous monitoring of risks and reporting of control weaknesses.

Technical Proficiency

• Familiarity with tools like SAP ECC, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and Tableau for monitoring and reporting.
• Hands-on experience in data analytics and technology-enabled tools for compliance.

Competencies

• Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Good change management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work independently while efficiently multitasking.

• Monitor employee teamwork and guest satisfaction on a daily basis.
