Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions with the help of an HR executive
• Manage full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding including search, selection and retention of the right staff
• Handle work pass applications for new, renewal, cancellation and repatriation of foreign staff
• Highly knowledgeable in current regulations and compliance requirements from the relevant authorities and able to assess impact of changing regulations on the workplace
• Continue to improve and develop the HR function, processes and procedures and also capable of supporting ISO audit requirements
• Responsible for group health insurance scheme and submission of insurance claims
• Source and administer suitable training programmes for employees and apply for training grants
• Manage employee relations and welfare plus monitor external issues
• Responsible for all mandatory HR surveys and reports
• Organize staff recreational events and team bonding activities
• Undertake any ad hoc duties as assigned by the Management team

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management preferred
• Minimum 3 years of relevant managerial experience, ASEAN/international expertise an advantage
• Personal qualities will be important; high integrity, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proactive practical problem solving and a team player
• Able to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring Compliance to Contractual obligations of both Owner and Contractor in all Project related works.
• Manage all spheres of Contracts between Owners Engineers, Lenders Engineers, Independent Engineers, and Contractors
• Preparation of Contract Appreciation Document
• Monitoring & Timely Certification of payment claims of Contractors / OE / IE and other Contractors.
• Managing of Claims and Deviations from EPC Contractors and Managing of Counterclaim’s to EPC Contractors
• Listing, Undertaking costs analysis, Formulating, Bidding, finalization of non-EPC scope of works.
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts with third parties.
• Construction budget preparations and managing the cash flow requirement.
• Customs clearance co-ordination ensuring timely document clearance.
• Participation in the monthly/weekly Project Reviews
• Contracts Administration for minor works (Preparation of Proposal to Signing & closing of Contracts)
• Managing Procurement Contracts Logistics and advising on procurement strategy.
• Monitor transaction compliance (milestones, deliverables, invoicing etc.)
• To assist the Project Director for negotiations with the Contractor in the case of probable disputable issues so that amicable settlement is reached.
• Preparation of Briefs for lawyer’s opinions / Senior Counsel
• Preparation of documents for Dispute Resolution/Mediation to close and resolve claims.
• Guide site team members on Contract awareness and any ambiguity.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering field or equivalent education
• At least 9 to 12 years relevant experience in contract management
• Experience in Contract management in an EPC environment would be beneficial
• Experience in negotiation and conflict management.
• Confident in abilities and proven track record.
• Ability to communicate well with team members and possess excellent team building skills.
• Should lead the negotiation and discussion with EPC Contractor representative

Job Description:

• Coordinates, prioritizes, and resolves issues encountered by the team.
• Optimizes the usage of manpower, standard time, equipment, and energy of the team.
• Escalates critical/complex issues that will impact the business and manage quality issues.

• Forecast, monitor, and document financial performance against plan.
• Manage end-end aftersales service delivery and account receivable through Microsoft Business Central.
• Recruit, interview, hire and train technicians as required to meet workload demands, and company or customer expectations and requirements.
• Manage a team of service technicians direct reports, and a few in-house subcontractors.
• Manage parts, materials and tools procurement, and logistics scheduled maintenance, repairs, and emergency service calls.
• Engage in end-end process with subcontractors, from quotations comparison to site deliverables to invoice.
• Responsible for contract renewals and simple repair quotations process.
• Drive EH&S initiatives, create EHS awareness and monitor compliance
• Responsible for KPIs such as productivity, field expenses, Aftermarket Service Sales revenue/margins

Job Requirement:

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Min 3 Years of experience in a similar supervisory role within Aftermarket Service Industry
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Business Central or similar tools.
• Understanding of EH&S standards and practices.
• Passionate in picking up knowledge of Professional/Commercial Foodservice Equipment
• Meticulous and able to handle large volume of work with high accuracy.
• Independent worker who is reliable to deliver without supervision.

Responsibilities:

· To manage a team of Technical Development Engineers in new development of the DC Chargers as well as the Controller cards

· To guide and advise the Development Engineer in the development and design the DC Charger/AC & DC Distribution Board base on customers requirement using Chloride Proprietary Cards

· To work with production team in fabricating the DC Chargers and provide technical support/manual/test sheet for quality check

· Comfortable in working with Customers to provide help in their design specification when require

· To work with contractor on new development of Chloride product on product improvement or market expansion

· Liaise with component/cabinet suppliers and provide costing for the DC system to the sales team.

· To manage the technical support for new DC Chargers design locally and overseas.

· Attend meeting or participate in customers/distributors together with Sales Manager on upgrade/technical clarification/site demo etc.

· To manage the cost saving development and design of the DC Chargers without the compromise of product quality and reliability.

· To manage the draftsman and advise on the work on circuitry design, component specification and setting parameters for client approval.

· Assist Sales Manager in Tender participation by providing technical support on DC system.

Requirement:

· Min. Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering

· Strong power electronic background will be an advantage

· Disciplined, Aggressive, Strong Presentation, Communication & Negotiation Skills

· Preferably having at least 5 years experiences in electronic design

· Class 3 license required

· Good inter-personal skill to work with colleagues, designing and production staff.

· Ability to start work within short notice preferred

· Able to travel to Asia Pacific countries for Technical Support/meeting/demo etc.
