· Assist with registration and scheduling of appointments for patients

· Prepare and dispense medication

· Triage and chaperone patients during consultation if needed.

· Collate screening/radiology reports and notify patients for follow-up.

· Proficient in billing for HSG, CHAS and Medisave schemes.

· Familiar with CMS and daily submission of various claims

· Monitor inventory, replenish medication and assist with stock-taking.

What you will be doing:

• The Assistant Director / Senior Manager has overall responsibility for managing the administration and operations of the Town Council
• One of the key officers for the Town Council, as prescribed under the Town Council Act
• Leads a team to administer and manage the affairs of the Town Council efficiently and effectively

You are:

• Township / Grassroot Experience i.e. liaising with MP, Grassroot leaders, Residents etc will be an added advantage
• Good Knowledge of accounting, contracts administration, legislations and statutory requirements with regards to township properties.
