Job Description:

-Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure contract -Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring compliance with contract terms and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
-Provide legal advice and support to functional units including drafting of contracts, negotiation, and contracts documents administration.
-Liaise with internal and external lawyers for dispute resolution.
-Drafting contractual letters to the Clients, Consultants, Subcontractors on Extension of time claims, etc.
-Maintain detailed records of all contract-related activities and provide regular reports to senior management on contract status, risks, and issues.
-Conduct periodic evaluations to assess contract performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive value optimisation.

Requirement:
-At least 8 -10 years of experience in contract management in construction industry, including experience with large-scale projects.
-Legal knowledge and experience with contracts are highly preferred.

The M&E Commissioning Manager is responsible for the strategic planning and delivery of the testing and commissioning of M&E Systems and Services as per contractual requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for a smooth transition from commissioning to operations (going live) including ensuring the requirements and schedules are incorporated into all construction contracts and construction costs.
• Create and review Commissioning Plan and implement Data Centra Level 1 to Level 5 commissioning procedures in effective and efficient manner.
• Incorporate commissioning activities (durations and logic) into master project schedule with the collaborate with vendor commissioning personnel.
