Centre Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the training centre, ensuring a conducive and professional learning environment.

- Manage training schedules, room allocations, and equipment readiness.
- Handle administrative tasks, including enrolment, attendance tracking, and record-keeping.

Compliance and Quality Assurance
- Ensure full compliance with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) requirements and regulations.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and accreditation purposes.
- Conduct regular reviews to uphold the quality of course delivery and customer satisfaction.

Team Leadership
- Supervise and motivate trainers, administrative staff, and other team members.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and facilitate professional development.
- Ensure staff adherence to company policies and SSG guidelines.

Course Management and Development
- Work with trainers and curriculum developers to design and improve courses aligned with SSG objectives.
- Monitor course performance and implement strategies for improvement based on participant feedback and market needs.

Customer Relations and Engagement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for trainees, employers, and other stakeholders.
- Address inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Promote training programs and ensure high participant satisfaction.

Business Development and Reporting
- Collaborate with management to identify growth opportunities, including new courses or partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, including enrollment rates, feedback scores, and financial results.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management and relevant authorities.

Responsibilities:

· Lead and Schedule Operation department team daily schedule (Supervisors and Technicians)

· Deliver cost budgeting and practice lean resource management to drive operation cost down with the use of IT and technology

· Ensure projects are carried out within budget and resources are allocated appropriately with safety compliances

· Provide strategies and measurement to ensure each team is performing to standard and ensure each headcount are value adding to the company’s productivity and efficiency

· Provide and arrange internal or external training to upskill everyone

· Discipline and conduct safety awareness talks and training

· Drive absentees’ rate, overtime rate and defect job rates to the lowest

· Ensure project delivered and signed off by the clients (Delivery Order) and materials receive are accordingly to orders

· Manage Logistic and inventory team to ensure all delivery and materials are account for

· Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams, and work with vendors and contractors

· Perform detailed documentation to track project development and design process

· Assist in HR related communications and procedures for the operation teams

· Assist in creating statistical reports for management.

· Any other duties as assigned and comply to ISO / OSHA standards

· Lead, manage and motivate allocated team member(s)

Requirements:

· Minimum 5 years of experience in Operation management with blue collar workers

· Dip/Degree in Engineering or equivalent.

· Proficient in MS Excels/words/PowerPoint/Project

Job Description:

A Technical Support Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing the technical support team to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Primary Functions:

Team Leadership and Management

• Supervise and mentor the technical support team to maintain productivity and morale.
• Conduct regular training sessions to ensure the team is up-to-date with the latest technologies and support protocols.
• Set clear goals, objectives, and performance expectations for team members.
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations of team members.

Customer Support

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical support, customer service, or IT management roles.
• Hands-on troubleshooting in software, hardware, networking, or systems.
• Proficiency in Operating Systems (Windows, Linux, macOS), Networking Concepts (DNS, DHCP, firewalls, VPNs), Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and Application Support tools (e.g., ticketing systems, monitoring tools).
• Proficiency in Helpdesk Tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk), CRM Platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and Monitoring Tools (e.g., Nagios, SolarWinds, Datadog).
