• Possess knowledge in GMP and halal certification processes
• Assist in GMP preparation for audit
• Assist QC manager in daily operations
• Testing of finished products against specifications and to notify for any out of specifications
• Maintenance of manufacturing facility as per GMP requirements
• Prepare products for testing from external laboratories
• Conduct instrument analysis and calibration of laboratory equipment and basic equipment maintenance
• Assist in generation of Certificate of Analysis
• Conduct incoming materials check

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Chemistry or relevant courses
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Able to write and communicate in English
• Knowledge in Excel and word
• Knowledge in SAP will be an added advantage

Job Scope:

• Responsible for full spectrum of the Company’s quality standard
• Issue, maintain and file all QA reports (e.g. 8D report)
• Ensure maintenance of proper records pertaining to quality related issues
• Send QA reports to vendors
• Ensure timely closure and response of all QA issues
• Ensure effective corrective action taken for all NCR/CAR issued
• Follow up with vendors on their corrective action for rejected parts
• On-site audit at vendor’s location whenever required
• Conduct FA inspections
• Issue, maintain and file FA reports
• Maintain and upkeep Quality Management System and Quality System Procedure in accordance to ISO9001

Trait, Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma / Degree in Electronics Engineering
• Possess knowledge of ISO9001
• Knowledge on ERP system would be an added advantage
• Resourceful and able to work independently
• Good at problem solving, negotiating and communicating

• Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure the timely manufacturing of metal cans.
• Planning one of the production schedule.
• Issue Job Order
• Printing of Labels
• Coordinate with various departments to align production activities with overall business goals:
• Liaise with marketing dept for ongoing sales order and other dept for coil requested.
• Liaise with QC for any damaged or on hold finished goods.
• Liaise with Store on Can delivery.
• Order Processing & Documentation & Records:-
• Responsible for updating daily production efficiency reports.
• Update of incoming shipment, production output, OT Control, wastage report and etc.
• Update ERP system.
