The Human Resource & Adminstrative Executive (Performance and Rewards) supports execution of performance management programmes, and compensation and benefits plans. He/She compares the organisation's compensation and benefits programmes with other organisations. He/She oversees the preparation of the payroll reports and works with benefits partners for claim disbursements.

He/She ensures the accuracy of performance and compensation records in the systems, as well as ensuring regulations are followed. He/She performs data analytics and shares insights reports with senior members of the team.

He/She works well in a team environment, and is able to communicate well with various stakeholders. He/She possesses an analytical mind and displays keen insight into data, using them to address issues and find solutions to work challenges.

Responsibilities:

Human Resource functions

• Updating of personnel records
• Welfare, benefits and compensation administration
• Assist employees with forms & HR procedures
• Process monthly payroll, CPF submission etc
• Monthly HR reports
• Work pass management: application, renewal etc

• Online submission of IR8A/IR21 etc

Administrative functions

• Attend to phone calls, visitors etc

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of GST accounts and record transaction data accurately.
• Prepare monthly reconciliation, financial reporting, closing statements, and manage AR/AP.
• Reconcile POS system transactions, including cash, bank, and credit card payments.
• Update fixed assets and depreciation records in accounting software.
• Prepare and review supplier payments, ensuring compliance with credit terms.
• Track and verify expenses, cash claims, and card usage submitted by outlet heads.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related field.

• Proficient in English and Mandarin to liaise with cross functional team.
