Position Purpose:

Reporting to Senior Brand Manager / Business Manager, this role will be accountable to develop, plan and execute marketing, public relations, sales and promotional strategies within the brand’s guidelines to support and achieve the sales plan. Role and Responsibilities

The Project Manager plans and oversees one or multiple inter-dependent project spanning multiple years that impact one or more business units or one larger project. He/She oversees all aspects of assigned project throughout project lifecycles to ensure completion within the defined scope, quality, time and cost constraints. He ensures accurate allocations of resources throughout the project. He leads multi-disciplinary teams, composed of various levels of personnel, vendors, and clients to create and deploy successful projects.

He/She is confident and decisive in leading projects, overseeing the completion and integration of inter-dependent projects and parts. He has excellent communication skills, capable of effectively influencing various internal and external stakeholders.

Develop project plan

• Develop the integrated project plan including detailed activities, resource planning, cost estimation per project

• Work with stakeholders to establish and gain consensus on project goals, objectives and deliverables

• Review project plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects

• Procure project requirements such as workforce, required information, various agreements and material or technology needed

• Guide team to deliver plans aligned to overall project objectives

• Set expectations for periodic and milestone reviews including status reports, project risk identification and other dashboards

Initiate and Implement project

• Drive project to meet schedules, budget, manpower and technical quality targets

• Drive project discipline to document scope changes, issues and risks that affect implementation

• Work with users, technical staff and management to determine and resolve issues associated with project implementation

• Conduct regular project reviews to recommend schedule changes, cost or resource adjustment

• Present ideas and opinions to Management levels both in writing and verbally, facilitating effective communication.

• Liaise closely with business users and build strong rapport to understand their needs and objectives.

• Lead user requirement analysis for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancements to existing systems, including involvement in the system integration and testing phase.

• Work closely with vendors during project implementation, application testing, and support of application patches and upgrades in accordance with project methodologies and policies.

• Liaise closely with interfacing systems users and support teams to address routine support issues or enhancements.

• Involved in the vendor selection process, including calling, evaluating, and awarding tenders.

• Provide 24/7 Post-live implementation support

Requirements / Qualifications

• Experience in IT project management with proven track record of successful project delivery, application support, user and vendor management.
• Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good in time management with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Able to work independently and also work as a team across the departments/ divisions.
• Ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision and guidance
• Meticulous and able to work under pressure
• Strong written and oral communication skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences (external vendors and internal stakeholders which includes presentation to management)
• Well-balanced team player who is able to help-out team members as well as can coordinate between cross-functional teams
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent practical experience
• 8 - 12 years of working experience in implementing and maintaining IT systems
• Experience in healthcare industry, Medical Imaging, System Interface & Integration, understand HL7 & DICOM standard is an added advantage.
