Job Description & Requirements

• Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management
• Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements
• Responsible for accounting processes and tasks (i.e.: AP & AR process, GL, account reconciliation, etc.)
• Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support intercompany activities
• Support forecasting and budgeting exercise as per corporate guidelines
• Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required
• Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement, audits, procedures and forms both statutory and internal
• Assist in new processes and system implementation when required

1. To perform registration and scheduling of appointments for patients.

2. To assist other medical staff in the care of patients.

3. To communicate with patients about their healthcare needs, desires and requirements.

4. To attend to patients' enquiries via phone or email.

5. To perform administrative duties such as handling payments, insurance and medisave claims.

Qualifications / Requirements

Singaporean or Singapore PR applicants are preferred.

Able to speak English or Chinese.

Applicants with clinical experience are preferred.

Fresh graduates are also welcome.

Responsibilities

• Understand the need of Singapore organization.
• Review and redefine the objectives, roles and responsibilities (if necessary).
• Set measureable goals and develop the performance metrics for the measurement, develop communication strategy, review the resource requirement, develop the change management plan and follow through. As well as update the changes in FBP framework.
• Review BC template and process of preparing BC to ensure accuracy of BC i.e. P&L, BS and Cash flow.

Requirements

• Degree in related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years as FP&A, Finance Manager in Japanese Company.
• Prior experience working and supporting business activities from financial perspective.
• Experience in budget progress management, Financial data analysis, Finance accounting.
• Preferred experience in business planning.
• Strong leadership skills to lead and motivate team members.
• Effective influencing, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, communication skills and ability to interact with all levels.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in the Japanese language (Same level as JLPT N1) to liaise with relevant Department in Japan Headquarter.
