As Product Manager you will manage a Product built on Agile fundamentals and work towards adopting tech best practices and cutting edge tools. You’ll be adept at delivering the product, breaking down barriers for your team and both planning at a higher level and getting into the details to make things happen when needed. You will be core to decisions that build high performing teams, where people are excited about the work they are undertaking.

A brief summary of your job responsibility:

• Deliver projects and products using the appropriate agile project management methodology, learning & iterating frequently.
• Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements.
• Brings new products to market by analysing proposed product requirements and product development.
• Introduces and markets new products by developing time-integrated plans with marketing and production.
• Lead the collaborative, dynamic planning process - prioritizing the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team.
• Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
• Understand the different technical aspects of the project including the capabilities and limitations of the systems.
• Communicate or share technical insights of a project to internal or external audiences.
• Support the Product Owner, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
• Define the roadmap and ensure user stories are created for product development in JIRA, Confluence etc.
• Groom the product backlog, prioritise user stories, technical tasks and bug fixes into the sprints.
• Work with the Product Owner, Technical Lead, Business Analysts, User Experience Designers, Engineers in planning the activities required and timeline for each release.
• Responsible to track the application bugs, assess impact and severity of bugs.
• Follow up and support assistance where required for team to resolve any impediments or issues they faced from their daily standup.
• Bridge communication between multiple teams (business and technical). This includes creating documentation or presentations when necessary.
• Measure project development velocity, perform and manage the project risks. Identify and escalate any important risk.
• Continuously gather user feedback, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for product improvements and new features.
• Assist in government processes, such as procurement, project finance and any other administrative needs in accordance to government policies and documentation requirements

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

• Experience with project budgeting and assets procurement. Delivered complex and large applications in a cross-functional team setup.
• Eager to change and improve workflow and processes. Willing to assist team members. Strong ability in fostering teamwork and collaborations.
• Self-driven and motivated to learn and follow topics related to the projects
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to devise practical solutions to tackle work issues
• Solid understanding of end-to-end agile software development process (Scrum and Kanban).
• Understand the project from the business and technical point of view
• Excellent communication skills. Able to communicate with technical and non-technical users.
• Preferred:

1. Experience with using, maintaining and customizing software development tools such as Confluence, SharePoint, Jira, etc.
2. Experience in ops-tech integration, AI/ ML creation and implementation, SAAS platform management, UI/UX design and research strategy, go-to market strategy for software services preferred
3. Understanding of government to government working relationship and familiarity with public service policies
4. Proven experience in defining and executing product strategies, roadmaps, and go-to-market plans.

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for managing the entire supply chain process for the Company. This includes material planning for all our projects, including forecasting inventory needs, procurement, inventory management, overseeing logistics and ensuring timely deliveries to our project sites. You will also be responsible for managing vendor relationships including warehouse operator, and to ensure that our projects have the necessary materials available on time, within budget and in compliance with quality standards.

Responsibilities

1. Vendor qualification, relationships and negotiation

• Source & procure materials, equipment & sub-contractor services that comply with Energetix’s and industry’s codes, specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders to carry out due diligence to qualify materials, equipment & sub-contractor services to be included on Energetix’s approved vendor list (AVL).
• Negotiate favourable contract terms and conditions including Master Supply Agreements for major and fast-moving materials.
• Maintain database of pricing and lead times for all equipment on the AVL.

2. Material & resource planning

• Perform demand and supply matching on a fortnightly basis or as needed to ensure materials needed for pipeline and adhoc projects are covered, while keeping holding costs low.
• Coordinate with Admin & Accounts Payable to issue POs and process invoices on a timely basis to cover supply gaps.
• Track and ensure materials are delivered on time and readily available when needed.

3. Project-level management

• Maintain database of current information for all components including but not limited to modules, inverters, structures, blocks, cables, connectors and consumables.
• Coordinate supply chain activities with Project Management team to align activities with project schedules.

4. Warehousing & logistics

• Coordinate with external warehouse staff to ensure proper storage and inventory updates
• Oversee internal stores and warehouse management, including material withdrawal for projects & materials availability checks
• Work with warehouse operation team to maintain accurate of book-to-physical integrity through regular cycle count and accurate receiving and withdrawal.

Job Description & Requirements

• Manage team of engineers and supervisors to oversee daily tunneling activity
• Review and set TBM parameters
• Review geotechnical data and plan ahead tunneling works to ensure smooth tunnel progress
• Review and carry out procurement based on recource requirement
• Attend daily and other ad-hoc meetings with client to update on tunnel progress
• Review and prepare method statements for submission to client
• Ensure job safety analysis and site safety compliance

Requirement

• Degree in Civil engineering or equivalent
• More than 8 years hands on site experience in TBM for tunneling works, preferred with previous experience in handling Singapore MRT projects and large diameter TBM projects.
