Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Beauty Manager to lead our beauty retail operations. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily functions of the shop, manage the staff, ensure the highest level of customer service, and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth. The role also requires training staff, handling customer service issues, managing stock, and ensuring quality control standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Engagement:

• Meet identified prospects, give expert advice, and promote available products.
• Organize formal presentations, seminars, and other marketing opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
• Manage customer transactions and continuously work to improve customer service.
• Create proposal documents, presentation materials, and sales tools to support marketing initiatives.
• Prepare and implement sales forecasts, monitoring expenses, budgets, sales figures, and profitability.
• Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Plan and execute promotions, ensuring that all sales targets are met or exceeded.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in beauty retail management, preferably in skincare or cosmetics.
• Extensive knowledge of beauty trends, skincare products, and services.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, sales targets, and profitability.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in training staff and implementing quality control measures.
• A passion for the beauty industry with a friendly and professional appearance. The company is a beauty and health conditioning center.
• Sales and management experience in the beauty industry,communication skills in both Chinese and English,able to work under pressure and maintain a professional attitude.

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Formulate and execute strategic procurement and contract management support for all directly invested projects.
• Manage and oversee a team of Quantity Surveyors in tender preparation, submission, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Review cost assumptions for new projects.
• Support Risk Management by screening and strengthening contracts, procurement practices, and SOPs for joint-venture projects.
• Attach to project companies for short durations to provide procurement and contract management support.
• Review project Procurement and Contracts Management Policies and Processes for compliance with Group policies.
• Oversee and resolve delayed and disputed costs, including variation claims.
• Develop and implement strategies for managing Extension of Time (EOT) claims, providing comprehensive support.
• Provide assistance and guidance to other departments on procurement activities, ensuring compliance with the Group’s procurement policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar capacity.
• Relevant experience in preparing Tenders for Building, Civil & Infrastructure, and interior design works across infrastructure, industrial, residential, and commercial projects.
• Familiarity with Contracts, Law, and local legal requirements, with strong contractual and pricing.
• Professional qualifications from recognized Quantity Surveying bodies (e.g., SISV, RICS, MRICS) are preferred.
• Experience in handling HDB A&A projects is an advantage.
