WTT EVENT AND EXPERIENCE MANAGER

Responsibilities:

• APAC focal point for the Asset Integrity Management program.
• Develop, manage, and sustain the program including the selection and implementation of any digital tools.

Digital Marketing Manager

The Digital Marketing Manager establishes brand and channel preference, generates revenue and executes data-driven strategy for Four Seasons Resorts Maldives, Four Seasons Private Island Maldives at Voavah, and Four Seasons Explorer Palau. • Ensure the PLO team captures all new enquiries (calls, email, online leads, walk-in's etc.) in the CRM system from the date of receipt.

• Ensure the PLO team emails the prospective parent the school tour confirmation details

• During tours, ensure that the PLs share learning stories, videos and documentation that makes learning visible as well as introduce a member of the academic team to provide a high quality experience

Business Development Manager Responsibilities

• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives

• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

• Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople

• Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.

• Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the director.

Business Development Manager Requirements and skills

• Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role

• Proven sales track record

• Experience in customer support is a plus

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)

• Proficiency in English

• Market knowledge

• Communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to build rapport

• Time management and planning skills

• BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field

• The ability to work under pressure.

• Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
