Job Responsibilities:

• Carry out hygiene inspection to ensure stringent reinforcement of Food & Hygiene safety in practice.
• Prepare and maintain relevant food safety records.
• Conducting quality inspections and tests on raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to ensure they meet established standards and specifications.
• Ensure microbiological laboratory carried out are according to company and government regulatory standard.
• Assist in customers' feedback and discuss with relevant departments on the corrective and preventive actions required.
• Assist in internal, external, and regulatory audits.
• Ensure sanitation practices and pest control system is always in place.
• Collaborate and work effectively within cross-functional teams.
• To carry other duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Food Science & Technology or in any field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in QA/ QC role, preferably within the food manufacturing industry.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed procedures and protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Able to manage multi-tasks and easily adapt to changing situations.

Job Scope:

· Provide assistance to the Professor in preparing reports / proposals, meeting documents, presentation slides, speeches, and other communication materials.

· Support the Professor in organizing meeting minutes, analyzing data and identifying useful information to prepare meeting materials with objective to enhance the Centre’s overall strategies in maintaining relevance in research, international visibility and public image with prospective donors and prospective collaborating universities

· Process ethics and grant applications and project management.

· Calendar management, scheduling of meetings (including international), travel arrangements, claims management for travel, transport and hospitality submissions

· Compilation and submission of required performance data and coordination of staff hire and discussions in annual performance review exercise.

· Help managing meetings, seminars, workshops and conferences.

· Perform any other tasks as and when assigned by the Professor

Requirements:

· Takes initiative and possesses problem-solving skills, ability to multitask and able to perform independently in a multidisciplinary and international environment

· Good oral and written communication skills, with strict integrity standards in handling confidential matters timely

· Good interpersonal and communication skills

· Tact, discretion, and diplomacy to work with a diverse group from varying cultures

· Well organized with good monitoring and follow-up skills within tight deadlines

· Resourceful and comfortable in a fast-changing environment

· Proficient in computer applications (MicroSoft TEAMS,Word, Excel, PowerPoint, DropBox, OutLook and databases) and online meeting tools. Knowledge of CONCUR (Claims & Travels) skills is good to have

Additional Information:

· Salary – S$4500 per month

· Contract duration: 6-month contract, renewable and convertible

· Working days and hours: Mon to Fri 8.00am to 5.00pm, can be discussed

· Location: Kent Ridge MRT

• Managing and oversee daily operations and ensure compliance to operations standards and procedures
• Managing restaurant financial objectives by forecasting requirements, scheduling expenditures through best monitoring methods via tracking, monitoring and analyzing Sales, Labour & Food cost variances
• Maintain safety requirements in the restaurant
• Handles customers' feedback promptly
• Assist and support any other relevant business duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by the Management.
• Ordering food, linens, gloves and other supplies while staying within budget limitations
