You will play a key role in supporting the monthly manpower report, grant management, grant utilisation and financial planning of ISCE2. Job description:

• Analyse monthly manpower reports, monitor grants utilisation for manpower and prepare for presentations as and when needed
• Perform short- and long-term financial projections for the Institute
• Update of manpower allocation in SAP on a timely basis
• Prepare and submit Fund Requisitions and Final Statement of Accounts
• Ensure proper allocation of bonuses to projects
• Attend to queries from grantors and auditors on manpower charging
• Checking of budget and headcount availability of manpower requisition for staff to be hired
