The HR Officer/Office Administrator oversees various HR and administrative functions. This role requires a thorough understanding of Singapore's Ministry of Manpower (MOM) Employment Act, including expertise in managing work permits and adhering to relevant regulations and procedures. Role and Responsibilities:

HR Administration:

• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with global HR standards.

Work Permit Management:

• Handle the application, renewal, and cancellation of work permits for foreign workers.

Employee Relations:

SPWU/SCEU Union Membership Applications

• Ensure all employees, including new hires, are enrolled in the union.
