• Excellent organisational and time-management skills to ensure that an office runs smoothly
• Solid knowledge in accountanting and book keeping skills
• Computer literacy and a working knowledge of accounting packages and other relevant applications, such as spreadsheets
• Solid understanding of financial systems and processes
• In charge of Accounts Payable and Receivable
• Issuing company invoice and statement of account
• Issue payment voucher
• Assist in purchasing office items
• Chasing payments from clients and vendors
• Strong analytical skills and good with numbers
• The ability to function well in a team, as they need to provide support as needed

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 3 years working experience in Accounting

Diploma in Accounting or similar

Good spoken and written English

Past experience in construction or marine industry

Good team player and teamwork

Pro-active and attentive with good attitude

High level of integrity and confidentiality

Multi tasking and able to work under pressure
