The Accounts Assistant will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to accounts receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections. Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue accounts, communicate with customers regarding outstanding balances

Job Description

• Maintain full set of accounts and manage all financial and accounting transactions.
• Administration of contracts database and project cost tracking
• Timely production of monthly management reporting package, including financial statements and relevant schedules.
