Job Description

1. Manage daily leave & attendance via time software, including leave type entry, entitlement, application, certificate collection & approval and daily employee’s attendance.
2. Processing monthly payroll for designated job sites including processing new hires, terminations, transfers, and promotions.
3. Reviewing and verifying source documents as well as investigating and correcting payroll discrepancies.
4. Ensure timely & accurate submissions in all government and related claims, e.g., levy Wavier, Childcare Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave, NS makeup claims, income tax (IR21) matters etc.
5. Provide advice, information and support to department managers and employees on HR policy and Leave Balance, etc.
6. Maintain & regularly update the master database (personal file, personal database) of each employee.
7. Administer training related matters including coordination or enrolment of internal & external courses, update & maintain training record etc.
8. Prepare employment contract, confirmation letter, increment, promotion and HR-related letters

Requirements

1. GCE 'A' level, diploma or higher in relevant discipline.
2. 1-2 years of relevant experience
3. Meticulous,pro-active, multi-tasking and able to work under tight timelines.
4. Proficient in computer application, i.e. Microsoft Office.

HR Related

· Assist in preparation of Letters of Appointment

· Manage posting of recruitment ads and responses

Administrative

· Liaise with suppliers and service providers for office supplies

· Assist GM to source and/or renew insurance & public liability coverage for company

· Support the GM in preparation of reports and other correspondences

· Source and negotiate hotel room rates for guests, artists and media

· Submission of E-Notification of Work Pass Exempt Activity to MOM for overseas artis before event

· Assist GM with other administrative matters

Ticketing

• Set-up and lead ticketing for events as key contact for ticketing agents
• Support marketing team for administration of any promotions via ticketing platforms
• Prepare post-event ticketing reports
• Operate and manage ticketing front-of-house during events
• Manage ticketing inventory and guest list
• Act as the main point of contact for guests and event patrons to answer standard FAQs for events

Licence, Permits & Insurance

• Apply and process all necessary licence, permits & insurance for the Company’s events to meet event timelines
• Monitor and keep up-to-date with developments from select government agencies that may impact or benefit the company. (STB, NAC, NParks)

Grants

• Manage grant applications
• Work with GM to submit accounts and budget related reports for events, as well as compliance checks on finance matters for grants & subsidies

Sales & Ops

· Generate sales quotations and invoices

· Follow up with clients on required licences, permits, insurance and all necessary paperwork submission before venue handover to Venue Operations team

· Maintain and manage venue inventory

· Maintain database of stakeholders and venue access to external stakeholders as necessary

(SLA, URA, JTC, NParks, PUB, LTA etc.)

You will work closely with the Founders to oversee and execute the full spectrum of HR functions, ensuring the alignment of HR strategies with organisational objectives.

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition and Recruitment

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

HR Operations

• Oversee payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements (e.g., CPF, tax submissions).
• Maintain accurate HRMS records and prepare regular HR reports for management.
• Oversee leave management, claims processing, and work pass applications for foreign employees.
• Streamline HR workflows and implement process improvements for efficiency.

HR Policies and Compliance

• Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in line with local regulations.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and labour standards

Performance Management

• Drive the performance management process, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organisational goals.
• Work with Business Unit heads to develop Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and monitor employee progress.

Employee Engagement, Learning and Development (L&D)

• Identify trainng needs and curate learning programmes for different roles and levels.
• Promote a positive workplace culture through engagement programmes and initiatives.

Strategic HR Initiatives

• Partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
• Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning, succession planning, and organisational development.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in an HR-related qualification is advantageous but not a prerequisite
• At least 5 years' experience dealing in full spectrum HR
• Payroll experience is a must
• Strong understanding of local employment regulations and HR best practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in HRMS tools and comfortable learning new tech platforms
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediate availability is preferred
