Job Scope

• Process part orders and service requests with accurate pricing, cost/revenue allocation, and follow-up.
• Prepare pricing for parts and returns based on customer contracts, discounts, and currency rates.
• Ensure correct shipping methods and liaise with Accounts Receivable to resolve billing issues.
• Maintain high-quality customer service and support cross-functional initiatives.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years of experience in a high-volume service environment.
• Knowledge of incoterms and ERP systems.
