We are seeking an experienced professional to manage Application Maintenance and Support (AMS) processes and ensure the smooth functioning of our business-critical applications. This role involves vendor coordination, end-user support, contract management, and project oversight to deliver efficient, high-quality application support services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. AMS Management

• Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with vendors to onboard services, ensure SLAs are met, and address issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
• Performance Oversight: Review vendor deliverables, including incident reports, change requests, and service reports, ensuring compliance with contracts and processes.
• Reporting: Prepare and review monthly performance reports, addressing any discrepancies or performance gaps.

2. End-User Support

• Act as the main point of contact for application users, addressing queries, understanding requirements, and prioritizing issue resolution or enhancements.

3. Contract Management

• Monitor and track AMS contracts to ensure uninterrupted application support and maintenance services.

4. Process Standardization and Compliance

• Implement and enforce standard operating procedures for application support.
• Conduct compliance checks to ensure adherence to organizational policies and guidelines.

5. Project Management

• Oversee application enhancements and change requests by coordinating with vendors or in-house teams to deliver solutions on time.

6. Business-as-Usual (BAU) Operations

• Drive cost-efficiency through root cause analysis, performance tuning, and user training.
• Conduct periodic reviews of knowledge bases for AMS applications.
• Provide support for applications not covered by AMS and participate in disaster recovery exercises.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in application maintenance, support, and vendor management, with at least 2 years in project management.
• Strong understanding of ITIL methodologies (certification is a plus).
• Hands-on experience with the following technologies:Unix and Redhat scripting
  Java 8 or above
  Middleware (e.g., Weblogic, Tomcat, SpringBoot)
  Automation tools and build tools (e.g., Maven, Jenkins)
  Databases (Oracle, MSSQL)
  SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile)
  

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide in-house IT support with a focus on SAP and related systems.
• Manage and troubleshoot SuccessFactor and Concur applications.
• Serve as a liaison between business users to define requirements.
• Act as a subject matter expert on the SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Concur, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) , SAP ECC Payroll and integration with SAP ECC.
• Oversee integration with external systems like medical claim systems, ServiceNow, etc.
• Define business issues, data challenges, and solutions to fit business requirements.
• Identify breakdowns in technology and business processes.
• Understand the processes and specifications of each assigned system
• Engage and collaborate with technical teams across projects.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve issues and improve system efficiency.
• Prepare requirement specifications (functional and non-functional), use cases, and business process recommendations.
• Perform configurations and customization in the system and updates relevant documentation as per user’s requirement and process.
• Communicate clearly, concisely and confidently with project team members and the business users, both verbally and in writing.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations related to SuccessFactors and Concur.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee vendor activities related to IT support and change requests.

Requirements

• The candidate should process at least a Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or Equivalent.
• Have experience in all phases of system implementation lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, and build, testing, go-live).
• At least 7 years SuccessFactors experience with minimum 1 full cycle in SAP SuccessFactors implementation.
• Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors and Concur with good work experience in managing systems releases, instance strategy, data security, change/release management, tracking and reporting.
• Knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (including CPI) and related technical integration components such as SCC, Fiori, S/4 HANA, SAP ECC HCM, Concur, Integration Centre.
• Knowledge in SAP ECC and/or S/4 Hana HCM-Payroll.
• Experience in developing BTP application, SAP UI5 and/or HTML5.
• Experience in cloud technology and mobile applications.
• SAP SF certification is not required but would be a plus.
• Experience in payroll migration from SAP ECC to S4/HANA or another platform would be a plus
• Ability to advise customer process improvement.
• Strong vendor management skills, including overseeing vendor relationships and activities.
