Position Details:
- Role: Sales Assistant Manager
- Location: Ubi Techpark, Singapore
- Salary Range: SGD 4,500 – 5,500 per month

Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition & Retention:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to drive company growth.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
2. Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
- Monitor market trends, analyze competitor activities, and adapt strategies accordingly.
3. Negotiation & Quotation:
- Prepare and present tailored freight forwarding solutions.
- Negotiate competitive pricing and contract terms with clients.
4. Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with internal teams (operations, customer service, and finance) to ensure smooth delivery of services.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years in sales, preferably in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field.
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related disciplines (preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge:
- Familiarity with freight forwarding operations and international trade regulations is a plus.
