Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain programme management tools (templates, folder structures, governance mechanisms).
• Support efficient operations across all initiatives.

Implementing Governance & Standards:

• Assist in the rollout of Programme Management and Governance Standards.

Executing and Monitoring Programmes:

• Maintain the Transformation with high quality.
• Monitor progress to ensure timely, within-scope, and budget-compliant delivery.

Managing Risks:

• Identify and address programme risks and changes.
• Collaborate with the Head of Programme Management to implement mitigation strategies.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Create and deliver regular status reports and dashboards for senior management and stakeholders.

Providing Broad Programme Management Support:

• Offer programme management support across the Transformation Office.
• Enhance the execution of frameworks, tools, and processes to ensure best practices are applied.

Job Description

• Develop & implement Project Quality Plan, all QA/QC inspection and testing, as required by contract specifications or by regulatory requirements;
• Lead and manage the QA/QC team in the various disciplines including but not limited to qualified welding and fabrication inspection;
• Oversee preparation of Welding Procedure Specification/Procedure, Qualification Record and Quality Procedures;
• Ensure compliance to the overall Quality Management System, policies and standards and proper and smooth execution of all quality related activities in meeting the specified standards and requirements.
• Develop and implement preventive measure and corrective actions for non-conforming products include training to ensure awareness of quality procedures and specific responsibilities in the QA/QC process;
• Prepare weekly & monthly reports on QAQC matters;

Requirements

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in the implementation and management of quality control systems.
