This position is to provide assistance to the Regional Service Line Director for Aviation in APAC. To promote respective Service Lines’s capabilities in the APAC region to set out domain business in the APAC region, build up client network, identify project opportunities and win projects, develop local project delivery capabilities in conjunction with the APAC CCO, APAC sub-regional leaders and country managers as well as domain BU business and technical expertise and resources globally. To develop local project team with strong project management and delivery capabilities

• Project Management of Aviation projects. This includes from Masterplanning, to schematic and detail design kind of projects.
• Project delivery will be the main activity. Skills and experience are required in engaging with other teams, internal to Egis or subconsultants to the project.
• Engage and coordinate with different Country managers in the regionEngage and coordinate with remote Aviation teams back in: France, UK, Middle East and India
• To promote respective Aviation domain capabilities in the Asia region.
• To develop local/remote project team with strong project management and delivery capabilities.
• Support in Business development for Aviation throughout Asia
• Support order-in-take and BL growth.
• Help develop client network and develop project opportunities.
• Support development of project delivery capability in conjunction with Egis Business Lines, Country Leaders and aviation domains in Asia and globally.
• Interphase with Country managers and Aviation teams around the world

Your job and responsibilities include support sales personnel for pre-sales activities, proposing solution that suits customer needs & resolve related solution for site preparation, installation, start-up, commissioning, repair and maintenance of Electrical Power System, Structural cabling, Fire suppression system, UPS, Security Access and CCTV Monitoring System etc.

To supervise and oversee the work progress of project sites. This includes attending to site meeting, coordinating with appointed sub-contractors of various services to see to a smooth completion of projects.

You will be assisting the Electrical Service Department in providing technical support to our staff, customers, and dealers.

Prepare and maintain all project management documentation in accordance with company’s best practices.

Planning and monitoring the project to ensure successful completion within planned timeline as well as status of progress-in-work and report all matters related to project and services.

You are required to perform a complete in-house testing of Power equipment’s.

Answer and attend to service calls, fault-finding, repair and troubleshooting of Electrical System and Power equipment malfunction.

Establish and maintain excellent relationships with the customer project team, supplier, sub-contractors, and clients.

Coordinate and liaise with PEs and/or site supervisors on detail drawings, layout planning and understanding of site requirements.

Prepare, submit, and follow up with applications to the relevant authorities or building management where required.

Preparation of electrical products data & engineering drawing in AutoCAD (2D, 3D).

Purchasing Assistant

Location:Woodlands

Salary: $2400t o $2800

Working Days & Hours: 5 days Mon to Fri 830am to 530pm

Job Tasks:
1. Create a Purchase Order
2. Keep track of orders to ensure timely delivery
3. Coordinate with internal divisions to ensure the quantity and quality of received items
4. Verify vendor’s invoice with purchase order and delivery order
5. Discuss product quality concerns and any other inconsistencies with suppliers.
6. Monitor warehouse stock inventory level to ensure sufficient stock available
7. Maintain updated records of suppliers, goods, costs, and lead times.
8. Communicate with suppliers on documentation like (MSDS, product spec, etc.)
9. Conduct a weekly inventory check
10. Participate in the Annual Stocktake
11. Any ad hoc duties assigned by the Superior

Requirements:
1. Certificate in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or equivalent
