• Support management team in preparation of Payroll
• Responsible for the oversight of onboarding/resignation management of employees and facilitation of office related affairs such as application of pass, employee's claims, compliance checks
• Carry out and assume any other duties or responsibilities

The Successful Applicant

• College or Professional Certificate/Diploma/Graduate Diploma in Accountancy/Finance or related field
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in managing full-sets of accounts, administrative matters.
• Independent and reliable, with a high sense of integrity and work ethics
• Comfortable working in a lean team with good organizational skills
• Good communication skills, proactive and ability to multitask

Craft Brewery looking for individuals with a pleasant personality to run its BeerTruck and external events.

The Role

• Educate customers about the different beers served by the Brewery
• Manage basic BeerTruck operations (opening of Beertruck, pour beers, maintain cleanliness of BeerTruck, closing of BeerTruck)
• Ensure orders are accurately fulfilled and payments are accurately collected
• Pour and serve beers accurately and efficiently
• Build relationships with customers
• Manage junior part-time Crew

Woking hours

• 6 to 35 hours / week
• Shift timing: (Weekdays: 5pm – 10pm; Weekends: 12pm – 5pm / 5pm – 10pm/ 12pm-10pm)

Skills and Prerequisites

• At least 1 year of customer facing functions in retail or F&B
• Enjoys beers and outdoor events
• Outgoing personality – enjoys chatting and interacting with people
• Meticulous – attention to detail, able to accurately process orders and payments.
• Class 3/3A driving license
