Working Location: 391A Orchard Road, Ngee Ann City Tower A, Singapore 238873
Working Hour: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)

Job Description:

• Liaise closely with both our Customers and Suppliers regarding enquiries and offers.
• Preparation and execution of Sales & Purchase Contracts.
• Preparation of Letters of Credits for issuance (both import and export L/Cs).
• Experience in preparation, issuance and negotiation of Letter of Credits.
• Preparation of Import and Export Shipping Documentation for Bank L/C negotiation.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Logistics or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications.
• Experience in preparing Bank Letter of Credit negotiation and Shipping documents.

Job Description:

• Logging of cases that are seen via video consultation
• Pick and Packing the medications that have been prescribed by the doctor online
• Arranging for deliveries for medications
• Working closely with our operations team and delivery partners to ensure that medications are delivered smoothly and on time
• Ensuring that medications packed are correctly

Job Requirements:

• Min. 'N' / 'O' Levels
• Past exp as Pharmacy Technician/Pharmacy Assistant/Clinic Assistant will be an advantage
• No experience needed - Training is provided
• Open to do shift work or Fixed night shift

Location: Tai Seng

Working hours: 44 hrs, 5 days per week (3 rotating shifts) OR Fixed night shift
