Job Description

• Lead in Site Coordination and execution relating to the construction project.
• Prepare submission of shop drawing / Materials / MOS.
• Manage internal and external subcon well to ensure quality of work and scope of work is within specs.
• Planning of Structural works and micro scheduling with other disciplines
• Liaise with sub-contractors, suppliers and etc.
• Implement and ensure QC plan with Quality and Service Dept.
• Procurement and Monitoring of structure related materials.
• To verify VO and prepare back charges.
• Attend sub-con meetings.
• To check and ensure compliance with TOP check list
• To ensure work is construct in accordance with PE design.
• Responsible for all inspection activities being carried out.
• Planning work activities are carried out in safe working environment.
• To update structural progress with scheduling tools.
• Other adhoc duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor/ Management.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil or a related discipline recognized by the PE Board
• A minimum of 5 years’ related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of BIM.
• Independent, diligent and highly motivated with excellent team spirit

Responsibilities:
- Oversees operations of the outlet, ensuring compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards
- Hires and trains staff
- Organizes and oversees the staff schedules
- Ensures customer satisfaction, handles and resolves customer complaints
- Manages and maintains stock inventory
- Reports daily sales and other adhoc duties assigned

- Prepare food orders.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
- Familiarity with food handling, safety, and other restaurant guidelines
- Singaporean/PR

- Preferably able to start work immediately

Islandwide Locations: Jurong West, One-North, Woodlands, Yishun, Ang Mo Kio, Simei, Downtown East, Redhill, Dhoby Ghaut,Hougang, Bedok & Sengkang

Assist in preparing incoming and outgoing letters, emails and sorting out mailers, bills, etc.

Arrange and requisite pantry refreshments, stationery, office items, etc.

Arrange and register courses for staff and workers.

Updating staff and workers records,

Arrange dormitory check-in and check-out for workers.

Prepare a master list for Drawings, Documents, incoming & outgoing correspondences.

Submission of documents, drawings, letters,s and creating transmittal.

Maintain proper organization of filing system, storage of documents and information.

Keep electronic filing and archive system for easy issuance, storage, retrieval, and management of documents to internal and external parties.

Requirements:

Proficient in Microsoft Office with an eye for details

With or without experience, motivated and willingness to learn on the job.
