Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Director, with the added responsibility of creating basic videos for social media marketing. This role combines traditional personal assistant duties with a creative edge, requiring a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle diverse tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
• Manage the Director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Handle correspondence, emails, and document preparation and filing.
• Maintain and organize records, files, and databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
Social Media Marketing:
• Create basic video content for social media platforms to support marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with the Director to develop creative ideas for promoting the brand.
• Assist in posting and managing content across various social media platforms.
• Monitor social media performance and provide insights for improvement.
Logistics and Personal Assistance:
• Coordinate transportation, accommodations, and other logistics.
• Assist with personal tasks such as scheduling personal appointments, errands, and purchases.
• Ensure the Director’s personal and professional commitments are met effectively.
Communication and Coordination:
• Serve as the point of contact between the Director and internal/external parties.
• Liaise with team members, clients, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
• Handle inquiries and requests professionally and promptly.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
• Basic video editing skills and familiarity with video creation tools.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
