Job Objective

This role is responsible for ensuring integration of business processes and efficient operations of coal shipments. This may include creating policies and guidelines for the Abaqa Power team and leading the projects on process improvement and optimization. The IT Support Manager will work closely with IT design teams, Service Desk teams, and other departments to manage core infrastructure, support desktop environments, and oversee hardware asset management.
