Counter merchandising

• Creation of planogram for dissemination to retailers and to ensure the adherence.
• Plan, submit visual requests to HQ and coordinate with suppliers on proper implementation.
• Work closely with internal team to ensure counter merchandising materials are shipped for new launches or counter setup.
• Check display is implemented timely and according to guidelines on-counter.
• Counter POSM tools planning and compilation.
• Check quotation.

Advertising & Social Media

• Work with HQ on visual materials for advertising/social media usage.
• Liaise with retailers and suppliers to ensure materials and guidelines is used correctly.
• Check that published artwork/information is correct and according to brand guidelines.

Administrative

• Compilation and upkeeping of marketing calendar.
• Retrieve guidelines and information from HQ portals and organize it for internal team usage.
• Assist in updating of templates for dissemination to distributors and retailers.
• Assist in applying for certification, registration, when required.
• Compile and arrange lab samples, pre-series to be delivered to distributors and retailers.
• Upkeep brand incentive record.
• Arrange color proof to be delivered to suppliers.
• Filling and submission of documents/forms requested by retailers for new SKU creation or account opening.

In-flight listing

• Work with Managers to prepare and submit listing proposals.
• Organize information for in-flight catalogue printing upon confirmation of proposal by the airline agents.
• Work with internal team on text copy translation.
• Check listing details are provided and published accurately on airlines’ platforms.
• Update results in master report.
• Introduce new products to agents during trade show, when required.
• Assist in general enquiries from airline agencies.

• Position: Building Quantity Surveyor
• Salary: $3000-$4500 depend on working experience
• Working Hours & Days: 9am-6pm, 5.5days

Responsibilities:

• Preparing tender submission, taking-off and detail measurement,
• Conducting Bills of Quantities including identify discrepancies between contracts and tender documents
• Following up on quotations, post tender addendum documents and drawings,
• Submitting monthly progress report and claim and variation orders (VO),
• Liaising with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities,
• Liaised and coordinated with the project site team regarding progress claims and additional works,
• Attended consultant meetings, prepared variation work costings, progress claims, and finalized accounts with clients and sub-contractors,
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation for all project activities,
• Sourcing and confirmed new sub-contractors and supplier,
• Preparing and issuing LOA to sub-contractors and suppliers, Certify sub-contractors and suppliers claims based on site progress and quantities

Requirements :

• Experience as Quantity Surveyor in HDB project/construction.
• Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying or similar.

Location at Tuas, work on site (sea)

5 Work Days 8am-5pm / 8.30am-5.30pm / 9am-6pm

Salary: $ 3,000 - $5,000 + AWS (Dec) + Variable Bonus (Jan) + Medical Benefits + Transport Allowances, gross can reach $7,000 - $10,000

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform the repair, maintenance or overhaul of marine diesel engines 2 & 4 stroke under supervision of Engineer / Technicians.
• Comply with all the requirements to carry out the jobs in the shipyards or anchorages.
• Lifting and shifting heavy components of engine back to workshop for repair / recondition and vice-versa.
• Ensure prompt response and smooth communication with the customers
• Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the Operation Manager

Job Requirements:

• Min Diploma in marine / mechanical / engineering qualification
• Hands-on experiences in trouble-shooting, maintenance and repair is an added advantage
• Prefer someone with maintenance experience in marine engine makers like MAN and Wartsila
• Training period at office (Tuas), after training will work on site
• Willing to work in shipyard / anchorage environment

• Plan and organise activities and events, such as field trips and concerts, to help children learn

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Preschool Teaching (DPT)
• Passionate to work with young children aged 2 months to 6 years old
• Able to work rotating shifts (7am to 7pm)
• Pleasant disposition with good communication skills
