Job Descriptions:

· Responsible for day-day operations of the HR department for a group of companies

· Manage recruitment process: Posting job advertisement, screening resumes, conducting interviews, shortlisting, and offer of jobs

· Experience in apply /renewal /cancellation of work permit, S Pass & EP including workers' repatriation

· Monthly payroll including submission of monthly CPF & FWL

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or Professional Certificate in Compensation & Benefits

• Min. 2 years of related working experience in construction sector

As an Assistant HR Manager, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the HR Manager and the team to manage and enhance HR operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
