As a Program Manager - SEA, you will own and deliver LSS South-East Asia (SEA) projects AOP for Revenue, Margin, Billings & collection, and Productivity target. You will oversee the execution of SEA projects and initiatives while maintaining exceptional and consistent performance and providing direct, effective communication to business leadership on assigned responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide leadership and MOS to drive LSS SEA services projects via direct interaction with LSS regional business leaders, Sales, APAC LSS Program director, APAC migration principle, project managers, P&E, Sourcing/Factory, and Finance to ensure customer quality and delivery requirements are met or exceeded

· Own Financials Forecasting & Reporting, be the focal point for the Services projects at the regional level and collaborate with LSS business stakeholders to ensure business KPIs are met or exceeded

· Set and meet productivity savings while improving customer satisfaction. Support long-term customer relationship management and Net Promoter Score

· Drive measurable financial improvement in LSS projects business across the region, including revenue acceleration, and Margin & Working Capital improvement

· Support the growth of LSS projects while partnering with LSS Business leaders, Growth leaders, and project teams, and plan for frontlog execution

· Partner with ISC function for improved forecasting, delivery, and communication of SIOP

· Drive transformation of execution processes and drive process compliance and continuous improvement

· Ensure adherence to existing global quality processes as well as continuously developing and implementing improvement

· Drive Productivity improvement via the use of the Global Migration Support Centre (GMSC), Advance Migration Technology, and Global Engineering Services

· Provide leadership & mentoring of assigned project personnel, manage their activities, and ensure compliance

Key Qualifications & Capabilities:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering

· PMP or equivalent accreditation

· Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to energize cross-functional, global customers, teams, and organizations

· Qualification and training in formal and systematic methods of program planning, management, and control

· Significant experience working with cross-functional (matrixed) teams’ engagement

· Ownership and accountability and ability to motivate others

· Integrative problem-solving skills

· Ability to execute to plans while effectively managing risks and opportunities

· Ability to think strategically while tactically setting goals and tasks scope

· Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt, Black Belt or Lean Manufacturing)

· Project Management Professional (PMP) or related certification desired

Key Experience

· Prefer Project Management or Engineering experience in O&G, Mining & minerals, IT or building automation industry

· Good Negotiation & conflict management skills

· Finance acumen – revenue, margin, working capital, cash flow concepts

· MS Office, Project or Primavera, SAP applications

· Excellent Communication skills

· Continuous improvement mindset

· Ability to orchestrate solutions to customers’ business needs.

Job Purpose:

Provide advisory, perform planning, reporting and analysis on compliance tasks/assignments (both Regulatory Compliance and AML/KYC Compliance).

Support the Head of Compliance from time to time.

Job Responsibilities:

Implement Policy and Procedures (Regulatory Compliance and AML/KYC Compliance)

Address gaps, review and implement Policy and Procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance with appropriate Global Polices and standards as well as industry best practices.

Review and closure of SafeWatch alerts

To review and release Safewatch alerts (mainly at Level 2) on the same day except for alerts assigned under investigation. Ensure appropriate comments for closure of alert.

Review and handling of FCCM

Daily review, handling and follow-up of FCCM alerts (mainly at Team Leader/Supervisor Level).

Escalate potential suspicious transactions to Head of Compliance within 1 working day.

Training / Guidance to 1st line of defence

Provide guidance to 1st line of defence on Anti-Money Laundering/Countering Financing of Terrorism, Know-Your-Customer and other non-AML/CFT compliance related procedures.

Provide regular trainings and coaching

Handling MAS and other government agencies mails on alert names

Input names into Safewatch on same day, and respond accordingly to MAS or other government agencies

Periodic screening of branch customer database

Ensure ongoing screening of branch customer database through WorldCheck One. Perform level 2 review and handling of matched results within stipulated timeline.

Policies and procedures Review

Review policies and procedures submitted by stakeholders to ensure compliance with MAS regulations, Singapore laws, HO Policies & Proceduresbefore submission to HO for validation and approval.

Periodic Reporting to Head Office

Ensure prompt and accurate submissions

Compliance reviews and testing

Ensure timely review and testing

Dissemination of MAS / ABS Circulars etc

Disseminate via email to relevant stakeholders timely, and follow up on required actions and deadlines (if any).

Send timely reminder to the relevant stakeholders on follow up actions and deadlines.

Maintenance of Record / Filing

Ensure up to date record maintenance and filing related to Compliance department. As far as possible, file on department folder.

Assist and support Head of Compliance

Assist and support Head of Compliance on various projects from time to time and adhere to assigned timeline/deadline.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor of Business (Economic and Finance).

Minimum experience:

Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in banking compliance with exposure in AML/CFT/Sanctions.

Are you someone who is driven, analytical and well-versed in implementing revenue maximization strategies for a hotel, focusing on occupancy, rate and RevPAR optimization?

Area of focus:

Apply revenue management practice and expanding strategies beyond rooms into catering and food and beverage (F&B) operations, maximize conversions / rates sold for hotel, lead and ensure 100% work accuracy for the reservations team.

Responsibilities/ Duties include (but not limited to):

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to guests and business partners
• Meet the demands of a fast-paced environment by using good judgment and the ability to working independently and multi-task
• Prepare/present detailed 6 month forecasts for the business entity, by market segment on a weekly basis, or as required (rooms, catering and F&B)
• Inventory management, rates, all channels of distribution are managed and support the agreed sales strategy
• Ensure that all rate loading and interface are both accurate and timely distributed at all time
• Carry out marketing research and prepare relevant reports monthly/where necessary
