1. LNG Carrier Business

• Commercial management during pre-delivery and post-delivery of newbuilding vessels for LNG projects
• Commercial management of the existing LNG projects
• Involve in commercial support and contractual agreements review in various LNGC projects
• Manage business relationship with customers (LNG carrier charterers, LNG sellers and purchasers)
• Marketing support of K Line’s tonnage; if any
• Any other ad-hoc assignments

2. LNG Bunkering business in Singapore - Commercial management

• Manage/coordinate day to day operations with the concerned parties
• Support in technical claims/trouble management
• Preparation of budget and management of funds
• Manage regular and ad hoc meetings with concerned parties
• Involved in other alternative fuel project(s)
• Any other ad-hoc assignments

3. New Energy Business

• Support to fuel strategy & procurement group and carbon neutral promotion group in Headquarter.
• Any other ad-hoc assignments

Job Requirement

• Preferably some relevant working experience in either LNG, Oil, LPG or Oil industry
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain strong professional relationships
• Highly effective written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to travel as needed

The primary role of the HR Executive is to provide support to the Group Human Resource Team and any other persons or companies assigned, in a professional and timely manner. This individual possesses communication, friendly, approachable, people management skill, good team player, meticulous and detail oriented.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage employment administration such as preparing of employment contracts, HR letters, etc
• Organise confirmation and performance management review
• Manage employee's leave, claims and attendance administration
• Liaise with insurance agents on Foreign Medical Insurance, Work Injury Compensation Insurance, entity insurance and insurance claims if any
• Process monthly payroll (2 pay run cycles), submission of CPF, submission of annual employment income tax, etc and ensure statutory compliance
• Update statutory information with the relevant government authorities and submit government claims as and when required
• Conduct meaningful employee engagement and communications including HR dialogues
• Participate and support ongoing employee welfare activities and Company events
• Prepare monthly HR reports as required
• Document processes
• Manage employee’s exit process
• Perform other HR-related, general administration duties and other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource or Business Management
• Minimum 3 years of HR Generalist and payroll experience
• Experience working in a Hospitality or F&B industry is advantageous
• Good understanding of HR practices including Employment Act
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Good disposition, interpersonal, meticulous and detail oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Possess a positive attitude to learn and grow with the company

Job Scope

• In charge of full spectrum HR operation, recruitment and administration
• Maintain, upkeep and ensure timely and accurate update of HR database, all employee personal files records are complete and treated in strictest confidence
• Application, renewal and cancellation of Work passes
• Bi-monthly Payroll processing and report generating
• General HR administration, such as preparation of employment letters, confirmation letter and etc
• Other government related matters. - IR8A, IR21, tax clearance, government and training grant, NS claims, maternity claim etc ..
• Perform other responsibilities and tasks as assigned

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management/ Business Administrative or equivalent.
• At least 6 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Required Skill(s): HR, Microsoft Office, Payroll, Info-Tech
• Short Notice will be a plus

• Supervise work done on Site
• Taken instructions on behalf of the Contractor from the Employer
• Determite completion of wokes at the Site
• Attend immediately to any malfunction or breakdoen of any installation
• Once fault been resolved and the works have been completed submit to the Employer a status
• update by the next working day following the date of resolution of the fault

Requirement

• Holding Minimum of diploma in Mechanical, Electrical , Construction Managment , Building Managment , from Polytechinic or education institute recongnized by the Professional Engineers Board, SISV or others body which may be recognized by the employer
• Minimum of three(3) years of relevant working experience , or Tier 3 Accreditation of Society of project manager (SPM) Or Accreditation Construction Professional C by Singapore Contractors Association Ltd(SCAL)

Job Description

Under the NUHS Research Office, the Assistant Managerthe Assistant Manager serves as a member of the Cardiovascular-Metabolic Disease Translational Research Programme, under the leadership of Professor Roger Foo, Principal Investigator.

This position includes, but is not limited to,

• Involved in management of grants with multiple stakeholders, from pre-award to post award activities, operations, compliances and finance.
• Arrange and coordinate events and meetings, including creating and distribution of meeting minutes, preparing facilities for scheduled meetings, and arranging refreshments, if required.
• Manage overall day-to-day administrative activities for the Principal Investigator.
• Assisting with reporting and presentations to stakeholders.
• Purchasing products and services for the Principal Investigator, including preparing reports, tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery, and keeping records of purchases.
• Maintain research related databases, files and records.
• As administrative support for the Principal Investigator, this role will involve liaising with members of staff and external parties for other institutions and the public.

Qualifications

• Bachelor / Master in any discipline with a minimum 5 years of experience.
• Prior experience working in/with scientific research industry
• Active listening and good communications skills
