Your day to day

• Address tenant needs promptly, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and services meet standards.
• Conduct regular property inspections and oversee maintenance, vendor services, and improvements.
• Prepare and approve tenant billings, collect rent, and handle tenant move-ins and move-outs.
• Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets, ensuring financial performance meets objectives.
• Build strong relationships with property owners and deliver timely, accurate reports.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors, ensuring quality and compliance with agreements.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma with 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and manage multiple tasks effectively.
