• Process monthly payroll (2 pay run cycles), submission of CPF, submission of annual employment income tax, etc and ensure statutory compliance
• Update statutory information with the relevant government authorities and submit government claims as and when required
• Conduct meaningful employee engagement and communications including HR dialogues
• Participate and support ongoing employee welfare activities and Company events
• Prepare monthly HR reports as required
• Document processes
• Manage employee’s exit process
• Perform other HR-related, general administration duties and other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource or Business Management
• Minimum 3 years of HR Generalist and payroll experience
• Experience working in a Hospitality or F&B industry is advantageous
• Good understanding of HR practices including Employment Act
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Good disposition, interpersonal, meticulous and detail oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Possess a positive attitude to learn and grow with the company

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver human resources programmes and related services:

• Recruitment - coordinating and facilitating the hiring process, from screening right through to on-boarding
• Offboarding -ensuring a smooth process for departing employees
• Compensation, Benefits, Health and Welfare - ensuring fair and accurate compensation and benefits, including salaries and bonuses are awarded to employees. Administering the organization’s benefits programmes (e.g. leave policies, wellness programmes and insurance policies, etc.)
• Learning & Development - maintain training records and review the organisational, divisional and individual training needs
• Records Management – organize and maintain personnel records and oversee the implementation of various policies and systems.
• Performance Management – manage the performance management process.
• Maintain positive relationship with employees, building trust, promoting transparent communication and supporting employees’ well-being.
• Process monthly payroll, compute salary, deductions, bonuses, and other forms of compensation with accuracy, ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Submit tax clearance for resigned foreign employees and yearly employment income.
• Any other ad-hoc/administrative duties as instructed by superior.

Requirements:

• With a degree in human resource management, business administration or a similar discipline.
• For Senior position, at least 3 to 5 year(s) of HR experiences in a senior position.
• Well organized, strong communicator and resourceful.
• In-depth understanding of HR principles, practices and laws,
• Proficiency with Human Resource Management System.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
