Job Description

• Provide technical support to customers either on-site or remotely.
• Troubleshoot and repair systems at customer site.
• Install new test systems and software upgrades.
• Work on projects such as creating manuals/SOPs etc.

Job Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Japanese (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with counterparts in Japan during weekly meetings, training, or troubleshooting.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• A team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
• Willingness to travel frequently overseas on short notice.
• Flexibility to work overtime or on public holidays if necessary.
• A proactive attitude toward acquiring technical knowledge relevant to the role.
• Prior experience in a customer support role.
• Over 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Familiarity with lasers, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, or other similar instruments.
