RESPONSIBILITIES

The main responsibilities of this role are to ensure effective and efficient coordination of our Pool vessel operations. Liaise closely with the Pool partners, Fleet Technical Managers, Commercial, Bunker, Claims and Controls teams to identify opportunities within operations for effective fleet performance monitoring and management. Influence the fleet operations team and other associated stakeholders in aligning with the vessel performance management goals and objectives in optimizing TCE. - Lead a team of insolvency professionals in the day-to-day administration of insolvency and corporate restructuring engagements

- Liaise with various stakeholders such as creditors and regulatory bodies relevant to the insolvency engagements

- Support the Liquidator in his investigation into the affairs of wound-up companies and the recovery of assets for distribution

Responsible for providing administrative and client service support to Relationship Managers (RM) within the front office function servicing Private Banking clients.

Assist Construction Manager in planning and executing building construction and renovation projects.

Plan and coordinate construction activities on daily basis.

Establish budget and schedule for construction project.

Monitor and control expenses within the established budget.

Recommend cost reduction initiatives while maintaining the quality and productivity.

Oversee invoice and payment processing in a timely fashion

Analyze construction problems and develop immediate resolutions.
