Working Hours: Mon to Fri, Office Hour

What you will be working on?

• Collect and compile data from web applications
• Clean and organise raw data to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Perform basic data analysis
• Create and maintain databases
• Generate regular reports and data visualisations
• Assist in interpreting data and identifying trends for follow-ups
• Support team members in reviews based on the data analysis
• Assist team members in research projects

What are we looking for?

• Singaporean only

The candidate will assist the company secretaries in handling a portfolio of companies and his/her responsibilities will include:

Provision of Corporate Secretarial Services

• Named as Company Secretary (“CoSec”);
• Negotiate and conclude sales of CoSec Services;
• Assist clients on compliance with corporate governance and statutory requirements;
• Schedule, attend and prepare minutes of Board/Board Committee meetings;
• All other corporate secretarial work and related regulatory filings;
