This position serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, acting as an employee engagement consultant and change agent.

Key Responsibilities:

· Strategic Partnership:

· Collaborate with business leaders to develop HR strategies that support business goals.

· Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies.

· Talent Management:

· Drive talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent and enhance the employer brand.

· Oversee performance management processes and provide guidance to management on employee development for the Business group in charged.

· Employee Relations:

· Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and facilitate resolutions.

· Promote a culture of engagement and inclusivity through various HR initiatives.

· Change Management:

· Support organizational change initiatives and ensure effective communication throughout the process.

· Provide guidance on restructuring, workforce planning, and succession planning in case to support business success.

· Compliance and Policy Development:

· Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

· Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support organizational goals.

Qualifications:

· Master’s and above degrees in Human Resources, or Computer Science and Electrical and Electronic Engineering

· Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partner role in high-tech industry.

· Strong understanding of HR practices, employment law, and organizational development.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

· Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

Skills:

· Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

· Proficient in HRIS and MS Office Suite.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.

· Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overtime and payroll calculation
• Answer employee queries regarding leave, salary and overtime
• Update and maintain leave records in Info-Tech system
• Update and maintain employee records in Info-Tech system
• Coordinate document submission with site staff
• Assist in recruitment
• Assist in all foreign worker matters
• Assist in recommending, sourcing and booking of training courses for staff development
• Provide advice to The Management regarding employment legislation and HR practices
• Any other ad-hoc work

Requirements

• Knowledge and understanding of MOM employment law
• Higher Nitec with 2 years work experience, ideally in a construction related field
• Knowledge of Info-Tech software
• Able to communicate effectively with local and foreign employees of all levels
• Willing to learn and grow
• Able to work in a team
• Good work ethics
• Positive character and attitude

Job Description:

• Handle all HR- related matters and provide ad-hoc administrative support to department.

• Responsible for organizing and maintaining personnel records, as well as updating employee information in the database.

• Prepare HR documents including employment contract, new hire guide, exit form and etc.

• Handling work pass related application, renewal and cancellation.

• Handle the entire recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and

interview scheduling.

• Manage payroll processing, which includes verifying payroll details and resolving any payroll difficulties.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.
