Job Description

Issue, print and mail out Tax Invoices

Issue Debit & Credit Notes

Sending E-invoices to selected customers

Sending of E-SOA to all customers

Timely Collection of Accounts Receivables

Data entry for supplier tax invoices

Sort, match and file Delivery Orders (DO)

Follow up on customers’ requests like sending copies of Tax Invoices, DO’s, etc.

Assist in any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the department head

REQUIREMENTS:

Able to use email/Microsoft Word/Excel

Knowledge in using Microsoft Navision or any software is an advantage

Minimum 1 year of experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the movement of goods within the warehouse.
• Responsible for picking and sorting goods accurately as per requests.
• Executing bin-to-bin transfers.
• Assist with inventory system, regular stock check, keeping accurate records of goods received and dispatched.
• Clearing and stacking empty pallets in designated areas.
• Maintain an organized and clean work environment.
• Perform daily equipment checks such as recharging the truck’s battery and lubricating equipment.
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned.

• At least one year of Warehousing experience.
• Possess a valid forklift license.
• Able to carry load (up to 25kg) and work OT when required.
• Experience in using SAP software is highly preferred.
