Job Responsibilities

• Assist Engineers and Managers with assigned tasks.
• Collaborate with Engineers and Operators to support product design, testing, and process improvements.
• Conduct equipment inspections and coordinate maintenance.
• Manage inventory discrepancies and handle material orders.
• Ensure products and processes comply with quality assurance standards.
• Calibrate and troubleshoot equipment as needed.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering related studies or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Be the front line for all visitors, prospects and customers in the showroom

• Receive and forward queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence

• Provision of drinks and snacks to visitors, prospects and customers

• Monitoring of whereabouts of all members of the sales department

• Preparation of all documentation for delivery

• Manage showroom and test-drive cars

• In charge of showroom and pantry area

• Perform administrative duties
