What to Expect:

Baby Care Duties Include:

• Cleaning, bathing and changing of diapers
• Feeding/Assist in feeding of babies
• Taking note of babies’ temperature, feeding pattern, mental/physical behaviour, and/or other necessary information
• Monitoring of babies’ growing progress
• Guide parents in infection control and baby safety measurements

Mummy Care Duties Include:

• Monitoring of Mummies' recovery progress
• Guiding mummies in breastfeeding
• Guiding mummies in baby care techniques

Job Scope:

• Handle applications, renewals, and cancellations of work passes
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and maintain records.
• Process monthly payroll, including salary calculation, CPF contributions, and other statutory deductions.
• Handle claims, benefits, and reimbursements.
• Ensure accurate payroll records and generate necessary reports.
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Handle general office administration like inventory management, correspondence, and scheduling.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in business or any related discipline
• Knowledge of local labour laws and regulations (especially on work passes).
• Proficiency in payroll software
• At least 1 year experience in HR payroll and administration, particularly in recruitment or manpower agencies, is a plus.

Overview

As a Admin Assistant cum Receptionist, you will assist the HR/Admin Manager in supporting the HR/Admin Department in the daily operation activities.

Responsibilities

1) Administrative duties such as attending to phone calls, visitors, courier services, mails processing, distribution of mails and activities logs and records.

2) Process General and HR/Admin correspondences as well as addressing General enquiries.

3) Assist in coordinating company events to facilitate smooth event execution.

4) Perform secretarial and administrative support such as hotel reservation, air-tickets booking, purchasing of pantry and stationery etc.

5) Ensure timeliness and completeness of data entries.

6) Provide supports to HR/Admin Manager.

7) Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management and the designated manager.

Requirements

1) At least a GCE “O” Level or equivalent with some relevant working experience in Human Resources and Administration.

2) Prior experience in Manufacturing/Construction Industry will be advantageous.

3) IT savvy with proficient in Microsoft Office application.
